Terms of Service

1. The service

Usely provides a hosted admin panel and Discord bot for Rust Console Edition servers. You connect servers you control, and we give you tools to manage them. Usely is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios, Double Eleven, Microsoft, or Sony.

Usely is offered as a public beta. Features may change, break, or be removed as the product develops. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Usely. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by staff you grant access to.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction, and the billing details you give us must be accurate.

3. Servers and credentials

You may only connect servers you own or are authorized to administer. Providing RCON credentials for a server you don't control is a breach of these terms and may be unlawful.

You give us permission to connect to the servers you add and to send the commands you or your staff trigger through the product — including kicks, bans, broadcasts, and kit claims. We encrypt stored server credentials at rest, but you remain responsible for the consequences of commands run from your workspace.

4. Staff access

Staff access keys you create grant the permissions you assign. Safeguarding those keys and revoking them when someone leaves is your responsibility. We treat actions taken by authorized staff as actions taken by you.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Usely to:

• Access or control servers you aren't authorized to administer.
• Harass players, or coordinate harassment, through broadcasts, bans, or Discord.
• Attack, overload, reverse engineer, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside a disclosure we've agreed to.
• Resell or sublicense access to Usely without our written agreement.
• Break the law, or the terms of your game server host or Discord.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. Where the breach isn't severe, we'll try to contact you first.

6. Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe in US dollars. Tax may be collected at checkout where required. Your plan determines how many WebRCON servers you can connect at once: Basic 1, Pro 2, Network up to 20.

Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply from your next billing period, and you need to disconnect servers over the new limit before the change takes effect.

If a payment fails we'll retry it. If it keeps failing, we may suspend your workspace until payment succeeds. We'll tell you before we do.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the panel via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges, and your workspace stays available until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't automatically refund unused days in a paid month.

If a sustained outage or defect we couldn't fix made the service unusable for you, email support@inbound.usely.dev within 14 days and we'll consider a case-by-case credit or refund. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to account suspension while we investigate.

8. Availability

We work to keep Usely online but don't promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider outages, Discord API problems, and game server or host downtime can all interrupt it. Because Usely is in public beta, features may change without a separate uptime guarantee.

9. Your data

You keep ownership of your data. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your workspace and its data at any time by emailing support.

10. Our intellectual property

Usely's software, design, branding, and documentation belong to us. Your subscription is a right to use the service, not a transfer of ownership, and doesn't allow copying or redistributing it.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Usely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost players, lost revenue, or damage to your server's reputation.

Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. For material changes we'll notify subscribers by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Usely after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Termination

You can stop using Usely whenever you want. We may suspend or end your access for a breach of these terms, non-payment, or if we're legally required to. If we end your subscription without cause, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

14. Governing law

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of the Usely service (contact: support@inbound.usely.dev). Except where prohibited by law, they are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
